We require your personal data to keep you updated about the films and other events we programme.

The Edinburgh Film Guild uses your contact information only in relation to your membership of the Guild. Your data will not be shared with any other party.
How long we will store your personal data for
Your data will be stored on our database as long as you remain a member of the Edinburgh Film Guild and for two years after your membership has lapsed.
You can ask us about your personal data at any time. To do this, please contact us by email on firstname.lastname@example.org
or speak to an EFG Council member before or after a screening. You can request a copy of the personal data held on you. You can request the correction of the personal data we hold on you. You can also withdraw the consent, to store or use your personal data, at any time.
PLEASE BE AWARE that a withdrawal of consent will result in FULL REMOVAL OF YOUR DETAILS and you will no longer receive any information on the Edinburgh Film Guild’s activities.
